The iCal subscription is a ONE WAY Sync, which means that changes cannot be made in your Google Calendar and must be made in your Kringle Tracker Calendar.
There is one restriction with Google – it only refreshed once every 24 hours. So changes made in Kringle Tracker will not show up immediately. This is a Google imposed setting and not Kringle Tracker.
# Log into Kringle Tracker
From the dashboard or anywhere in Kringle Tracker…
1. Click on Open user menu
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Click on Calendar Settings
Find the calendar settings on the left hand side navigation.

Your ICS Calendar link should be shown here. This link unique to YOUR ACCOUNT and will expose details of your events
# Google Calendar
Log into your Google Account and go to your calendar.
On the left, you will see a section called “Other Calendars”.
Click on the plus sign to add a new calendar.
5. Click on Add other calendars
6. Click on From URL
The small dialog box that comes up should have an option called “From URL”
7. On the settings page, paste your iCal Link from Kringle Tracker in the box.
8. Click on Add calendar
9. Click on Go back
Once added, you can go back to your calendar.
It may take a several minutes for Google to sync the events from your Kringle Tracker calendar. Once synced, you’ll see your events.
10. Click on 1pm…
11. Click on any event to see details from Kringle Tracker in the event.
The address is placed into the location field on every event, allowing GPS integration on your phone (if you h.
Client Information is added to the body of the event.
Notes will show the Additional Details field from the event.
And a quick link to the event on Kringle Tracker is placed in the body to quickly access the event.
