The iCal subscription is a ONE WAY Sync, which means that changes cannot be made in your Apple Calendar and must be made in your Apple Calendar.
This process can be followed for other programs or applications that accept an ICS calendar feed.
# Log into Kringle Tracker
From the dashboard or anywhere in Kringle Tracker…
1. Click on Open user menu
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Click on Calendar Settings
Find the calendar settings on the left hand side navigation.
4. iCal Link
Your ICS Calendar link should be shown here. This link unique to YOUR ACCOUNT and will expose details of your events
# Apple Calendar
Open your Calendar application – these screenshots are from the desktop app on MacOs. Your phone and iPad will look slightly different.
5. Open Apple Calendar
6. Click on File>New Calendar Subscription
From the menu bar, click File then New Calendar Subscription
7. This will bring up a dialog box for you to enter your iCal URL from your account settings.
8. Apply Settings
Once the URL is accepted, you’ll be prompted with a dialog box with settings you can change.
You can change the name, the color and the refresh interval.
If you have iCloud set up and you add this to your iCloud Account, it should automatically sync to your iPhone and/or iPad.
9. Wait for events to sync & Click on any event to see details from Kringle Tracker in the event.
The address is placed into the location field on every event, allowing GPS integration on your phone (if you h.
Client Information is added to the body of the event.
Notes will show the Additional Details field from the event.
And a quick link to the event on Kringle Tracker is placed in the body to quickly access the event.
